Chris Hagn is an award winning established real estate broker with over 25 years of industry experience that has an impressive track record successfully negotiating both residential and commercial real estate. He understands firsthand the needs of sellers, buyers, tenants, and investors.  He is dedicated to helping his clients fulfill their objectives and goals. Chris finds satisfaction in helping others find their forever home and grow their real estate portfolios into profit centers.  

Prior to rejoining Coldwell Banker Realty, Chris Hagn was the managing broker / co-owner for an independent brokerage.  Chris is client-centric and wanted to ensure best in class online and offline exposure.  He realized that he needed to align his brand with a larger international brand to provide his clients with the best marketing access.  He serves Orland Park, Homer Glen, Countryside, LaGrange, Burr Ridge, Hinsdale, Oak Brook, Naperville, and neighboring Southwest suburbs.  Chris has a Master of Arts Degree in Communication Arts with a Minor in Business Administration and Piano Performance from Governors State University.

Chris is an entrepreneur, investor, and community leader.  At the young age of 14 he began his work as an entrepreneur by teaching piano. He has continued this spirit through his real estate career, and performing as a concert pianist and practicing composer.  He performs in many public concerts and private events throughout the United States.  When he is not selling real estate or performing, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and Golden Retriever.
